There’s new buzz around Redstone Eden Prairie thanks to a gorgeous new addition! Our new private dining room is ready for your next event. We would love to host your next business meeting, brunch, lunch, rehearsal dinner or birthday party – the sky is the limit.
We can accommodate up to 50 people for a sit-down dinner or up to 60 people for drinks and appetizers. In addition to the gorgeous room, you also have a private patio to enjoy!
This space is ready just about any time of day from breakfast to lunch to dinner and in between. You can choose from several menu options from a continental breakfast to a full dinner buffet. Our talented chefs are also thrilled to work with you on a custom menu. And, if you’d like to serve a signature cocktail at your event, our mixologists are happy to help!
The space also has a unique audio/visual set up as well so you can showcase your PowerPoint presentation on the plasma TV or customize the music played in the room to your very own playlist.
