Buffalo Jumbo Shrimp

Jumbo shrimp – sure it’s an oxymoron, but a delicious one nonetheless. Especially when you’re talking about Redstone’s Buffalo Jumbo Shrimp. Redstone flash fries their jumbo shrimp in a light, crispy breading then tosses them with their zesty house made buffalo sauce. The shrimp are then placed on a bed of blue cheese dressing and are sprinkled with crumbled blue cheese and chives.
