Uncommon Cornbread

Remember the cornbread your mother used to make? Warm and moist with a nice pad of butter melting over the edges?

That cornbread was good, but we think our cornbread is even better. Think of it as the grown-up, sophisticated version of the cornbread of your youth. We use green chilies and Tillamook cheddar, among other special ingredients, to give our cornbread a distinguishable flavor. Add some homemade maple butter on top and you’ve got a side dish suitable for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even dessert!

Order a wedge, a whole skillet or get it to go. Our cornbread reheats nicely and is a great alternative to regular dinner rolls at your next family get-together, graduation or holiday party.
